1) If using the mouse move the pointer over the correct character on the screen keypad and 'click' with left button over the correct letter or number
2) If using the keyboard press the key that matches the character that is displayed on the screen
3) If using the Concept Keyboard press the area of Overlay 14 that matches the character that is displayed on the screen
The computer will give you 20 letters or numbers to find. At the end of the set of 20 characters the computer will average and display your reaction time for that set.
Within the program there are several options you may choose to alter the way the program works. These options are obtained by pressing the 'menu' (middle) button with the pointer over the main display window.
From the condition menu option you can choose to have the letters and numbers drawn on the screen, spoken to you or both drawn and spoken at the same time. If you choose only visual display, you can have the number or letter appear always in the same screen position (VisFIX) - or it can appear anywhere on the screen randomly (VisRND).
