Instructions for Cartoons
In this program the computer will test your immediate memory for pictures of cartoon figures. The exercise is played on a matrix of 3 columns and 2 rows. On each trial the computer chooses 6 figures to put one in each cell of the matrix. After a short period of time the computer will reveal a number of these cartoons by opening their boxes. At this time you should try to memorize these figures as quickly and as thoroughly as you can. In this program speed is very important as the cartoons do not remain on the screen for that long. When the display time has elapsed, the revealed figures will once again be hidden. The full set of 6 figures will then be shuffled. These 6 are now opened simultaneously.
Your task is to tell the computer which of the figures you had previously been shown. To do this you move the pointer around the screen - placing it on each of the figures that you have just seen and pressing the left button - 'SELECT'. When you have selected a figure the computer will indicate whether you are correct or not by displaying either 'YES' or 'NO' in place of the figure. The program will continue until you have either selected all the correct items or made enough errors to suggest that you are making wild guesses.
Good Luck !!!!!!!!!
